It's a Video!
Here's a short clip of Elijah and Sophia running around. They figured out it was a video, so Sophia couldn't stop asking, "Video? Video?".

Home Sweet Home
Here are more pictures from the new house. As it is such a dramatic change for us after 28 years in the same house, it almost hard to accept that this is actually home. It's almost like the new car smell, but literally, everything is brand new...not one spot on the walls, not one creak or crack in the floors.
It's an amazing change, and with like all change that is hard to accept, change is good. I am very proud of my parents for making this decision and very grateful and thankful for accommodating our needs. As for them, I want them to look at this as a reward to themselves for the long and hard work they have done in their lives, and continue to do as we move so quickly through the year.

A New Outlook
Well it's the third day of using my new camera and I love it, I've taken so many high resolution pictures. Unfortunately, if I posted them all on here, this wouldn't be much of a blog. Here is link/URL to my mini-gallery that has some random shots downtown Vancouver, and our home in Langley BC (our new home). I hope to have more updates soon! As you can see, my dad is kicking his feet back on his recliners and enjoying the HDTV equipped with PVR (That's right! You can pause, rewind, and fast forward live HDTV).

Please visit for some picture updates, etc. I plan to change the formatting on my blog so it can better accommodate the loads of visuals and video that I have been generating recently.
Seasons Greetings!
Enjoy!

Pictures From Work
New Camera, New Post
So, I decided to hold back on buying a dSLR and went with the dSLR-like camera. The camera I purchased has an amazingly similar feel to a dSLR but is quite far from the professional Canon or Nikon cameras that are priced at the 700$ (CAN) range. I was almost going to go for the Canon Powershot G10, but price was an issue again with the 400$ range.
The camera I purchased is priced at 269$ (CAN) and includes the following highlights:
FujiFilm S2000HD
-15x Optical Zoom Wide Angle Zoom
-1280p HD Movie Clips
-Image Stabilization
-10 Megapixels (kinda low but for the price is great)
-and more!
You can view all of the models I mentioned at http://dpreview.com. I highly recommend this for all of the consumer and professional camera out there as you can do side-by-side comparison.
Here are a few pictures I uploaded but I haven't been able to upload the HD movies yet.
